To read how global news agencies covered the tragedies, go to the Global Journalism, Daily News and Columnists pages for links to hundreds of sites. The University of Texas Center for Middle Eastern Studies has posted a page with links for "those who want to know more about Islam and Muslims in the United States and throughout the world, as well as reactions to Tuesday's events." The links include some to Middle Eastern newspapers.

The World Watch Monitor is good for short chronological updates. Information is designated confirmed or unconfirmed. USAfricaonline.com and NigeriaCentral.com report that a handful of Igbos, Nigerians and Africans do business and work at the World Trade Center. ArabicNews.com offers its perspective.
